Having been in the Estate and Property Management industry for 50 + years, WE have worked with every kind of contractor in renovations and construction trades. Unfortunately, the reality of the construction trades industry is such that the level of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and failure to provide service up to current day industry standards and/or in accordance to Bi-Law requirements is the name of the game cross board, more often than not.

That being said, after having to let a plumber go off the job, we came across FP Plumbing on the HomeStars platform, and their reviews and ratings spoke for themselves so, we called FP to visit our job for a second opinion. We asked of IDs and certifications to set our mind at ease, and he was happy to oblige especially due to negative experience with previous plumbing company.

When Fabio came onto site, we were incredibly impressed by his professionalism, honesty, and quality of work. Fabio is a stand-up guy, who has honour and esteem in the work he provides. This is a quality unseen in his industry! He likes to help solve your problems! He also does not disappear after he has completed his job! He needed to return back to our project a few times, to finish rehabilitating the plumbing system, and he actually followed up with us regularly, before we had a chance to ask him to come back! He not only is readily available to attend to jobs based on urgency, but also follows up post completion to see if everything is running smoothly. When and if hiccups do arise, he guides the project manager on best remediations recommended!

Finding a reliable plumber can be a daunting task, especially when managing a rental property from another country. But Fabio exceeded all our expectations! Not only was he friendly and trustworthy, but he also saved us from being overcharged by another company for unnecessary work. Fabio was an amazing person to work with. He was honest and didnt overcharge us for 1 service we didnt need. What I mean by that is we thought it was the cartridge had turned bad but turns out it was just a bad spout and he didnt take advantage and charge us for it. Amazing guy would highly recommend

I bought a new property that needed several toilets replaced and some other work. Even before the work started Fabio was patient while I told him I wasn't sure when the toilets would be delivered at the property. As soon as I had a delivery date Fabio scheduled me in and kept me informed about the time of arrival the day before and also twice on the day the work was starting.

This man is really patient and will explain every thing in detail. He did not even seem bothered by my multiple interruptions to his work with questions I had about other plumbing things around the house.

Fabio replaced three toilets and he informed me about the different issues he encountered (angled flanges , inappropriate gaskets, etc). Once he was about to replace the third toilet he correctly noticed that the toilet wasn't for the rental unit in the basement and that it belonged in the second floor. Without a second thought Fabio pointed out my mistake and he swapped the toilets with a smile on his face.

Fabio also correctly diagnosed a problem with my dish washer as being a faulty unit.

While he was there I asked him to install a utility sink but because of the toilet swap he ran out of time since he had another appointment after mine and was going to honor his time with the other client. However, he quickly told me he would come a different day and charge what we had originally agreed to.

As long as Fabio is around I will keep using his services, good quality work, great attitude and at a reasonable price.

Had to replace my laundry room shutoff valves because they wouldn't fully shutoff. Fabio took the time to look at and suggest possible workarounds and options to fix the immediate problem. Also adapted and was able to find a more suitable part in his truck that better suited my needs.

Fabio earned my trust as after speaking with other plumbers, he was the only one who recommended I called Moen for the kitchens faucet lifetime warranty. Other plumbers wanted me to sell the faucet at a high price. Besides his transparency, Fabio came to my place twice and in the first time he spent a good amount of time diagnosing the leaking issue and he tried to fix it first replacing the hose which he bought from Home Depot but this didn't work as the leaking was embedded in the faucets internal body so he determined that I might be better off calling Moen for the warranty. Fabio even helped me with the warranty process with Moen as he took a video of the leaking (which was quite difficult to see) and he shared the video with me and I sent it to Moen customer service. I think that the 200 I paid to Fabio are well worth it as he spent a good amount of time in the first diagnosis visit to identify the cause of the leaking and then he paid by himself for the hose and then he came a second time to my place to replace the faucet and everything was very smooth. Fabio made me save a good amount of money by recommending using the warrant as opposed to trying to upsell me a faucet. Fabio's willingness to provide a great service based on his technical experience and his empathy with my budget was outstanding and as such I highly recommend him as a plumber.

Fabio came out in less than 24 hours to fix running toilet. Also checked out two others. He was very professional, and reasonably priced. I will definitely call him again and have already passed on his #.

Fabio provided an excellent service for an eccellent price . He went above and beyond to get the job done and totally exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend his services.

I was calling around to find a credible plumbing company for a bidet install. I found FP Plumbing and decided to give them a call.
