Her customer service attitude was most impressive and she was one of the main reasons I decided to go with Angel Movers. She clearly explained the estimation process, how the billing worked, and what to expect on the day of the move. But she also took the time to make recommendations to me about packing materials and how my items should be packed. She even went so far as to remind me about critical logistics such as when I should book the elevators in both buildings. Her response times were excellent whenever I emailed or phoned her with questions.
On the day of the move the movers arrived 15 minutes early. They were friendly, professional and worked fast. They took care of absolutely everything including disassembling and then re-assembling any heavy furniture. None of my belongings were damaged in the move and they ensured that everything went absolutely smoothly.
