We chose Apple movers to assist in moving us into storage from our family home of 24 years, a move which I was dreading for several reasons. Needless to say, we had collected a lot of "stuff"!! My first contact with Apple was with Anna on the telephone. Anna was professional...informative, friendly and efficient. I was treated in the same manner by Anna, each and every time I contacted her. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Anna made arrangements for Johann to come to the house. Johan looked thoroughly at the contents to provide a quote and go over all that was included in the service as well as the extras....no surprises. The night before our move, Anna called to see how we were doing and to reassure me that everything was going to be fine. On moving day, Rob, Jordan, Gabriel and Darren arrived on time with smiles on their faces. The men worked tirelessly and maintained a positive attitude as they wrapped and packaged all of our possessions. Great care was taken to protect the furniture. They did an amazing job. I'm looking forward to working with Apple movers again when we move from storage into our new home in a few months.
