I was extremely satisfied with the services provided by Metro Contract Management. I phoned Jamie on Tuesday evening and he squeezed me in the next morning to come look at the job. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He sent me a hardcopy quote and answered all my questions.
I had signed off on their quote, and Josh and Dave showed up right on time in their well equipped truck. We went over the work to be done and after that I was at total ease. These two professionals did a fantastic job that exceeded my expectations.
These are great honest people. The other phone calls I made prior to them all just tried to scare me and keep trying to raise their estimated price if they felt they scared me good enough. It was very awkward and untrustworthy. I am so happy to have dodged one of those bullets and ended up paying a fair price for a team of professionals to handle a delicate job. Great work, thanks for the help!
