It was last winter, my furnace broke down suddenly, I tried called a few contractors and see if it can be repaired. Unfortunately too costly to repair. I got 2 qutoe and wasn't happy. Finally my collegue refer Star Allaince Heating & cooling to me. Jacky come to my home and gave me explaining different options, he was very patient, and I feel confortable with his explanation. I signed the order and installed next day. The new furnace is so quiet and technician do the hard work. Job was done professionally and neat.
