Seeing my one of my neighbours roofing company spent almost a week to complete the project, we were hesitant to even contact a roofing company, because we have a infant baby at home and really can't afford a week on noisy roofing project. Jacky and his team saved us and did an excellent job on the new roof. They are a group of hard working professionals, on the project day, they came early in the morning, and finished up by the end of the day.

From start to finish, we have been impressed with the service we received from C Plus Roofing to replace our shingle roof. The meeting for the inspection and quote was scheduled promptly and Jacky showed up right on time for the meeting. Our questions about some details of the quote were answered promptly.

On the day of job, the crew showed up on time and got to work immediately. The work was completed in one day. They did a thorough job protecting our property during the work and the clean up was spotless. They even offered to come inside the house to clean in the rooms where the skylights had been removed and replaced.

Jacky and his guys just finished replacing the roof on my house in Richmond Hill and I couldn't be more pleased. The price was very reasonable ($6K less than another outfit for the same roofing!), Jacky was polite, accommodating and professional, his guys did excellent work, and cleaned up after the job finish. C Plus Roofing put a new roof on my house in December 2013. They demo'd the old tar and gravel roof which had several leaks and put on a new bitumen roof. Jacky (the owner) was excellent to work with, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. All around a fantastic experience from a solid roofing company. Their price was very competitive, they did the job in a timely manner, arrived and finished when they said they would and the quality of work is stellar. I wish every service provider operated like C Plus Roofing!

Six years ago Jacky completed the roofing job. There was a small leak on an addition last week. Jacky were out to my home in 30 MINUTES and fixed it! NO CHARGE! WOW still covered under original contract!

Great company. Their quote was $800 less than everyone else and the workers were polite and efficient. The boss man Jacky was especially friendly and the roof had held up great. I would highly recommend these guys if you want you roof done right and done fast.

We used Jacky (owner of C Plus Roofing) to do our house in Toronto last summer, and he provided a written estimate, did the job on time and on budget, and was truly a pleasure to deal with. And we've been dry all winter! He's a nice guy and we got 3 bids and he was cheapest, so I'd recommend him to anyone.

It's been some time since I have found a good and dependable roofing company. I called several roofing contractors that I researched. Some of them didn't even bother to call me back and this isn't even the rainy season yet. That was disappointing because some of them had good ratings on this site. I received 3 different bids on my job. One estimator kept saying that it was going to be a very difficult job and was rather over dramatic about the situation. I believe that he was doing this to generate a higher estimate. The other company was telling me all the steps that he was going to go through to make a comparison with other companies. Jesus, the Owner for C Plus Roofing, came out and gave me the straight scoop on what needed to be done without all the fanfare. He gave me a very reasonable bid for the job. I checked into the company's license and it came back good. Jacky was very prompt in answering any questions I had concerning this job.

They promptly went to work on the area breaking down the old roof to clear the area for the new material. This was a somewhat complicated job as the old roof consisted of foam, tar, concrete and reinforcing fence type wire, plus a metal liner that was all rusted out. This area was also space restricted in a lightwell which made things even tougher. I was impressed with the jovial attitude that these workers used to accomplish this job. You could tell that the men enjoyed what they were doing and they are very hard working individuals. It was backbreaking work to strip the area of the original roof that went back to when the house was built back in the 1960's. The concrete was the old aggregate type they used in sidewalks in decades past. It was really hard to break up. They did it with a smile. I was very impressed.

After they got the old material broken and taken away, there were gaps in the wooded base of the lightwell. Jacky carved some perfect pieces to fit the voided areas and fitted the drain perfectly. Wow, it was a masterpiece of a job! After that, they started attaching the underlayment and torched on the membrane. They did a very thorough flashing of the area to insure the water wouldn't leak in. I was extremely satisfied with the job they did.

I would highly recommend C Plus Roofing for any roofing job you have! I will keep them at the top of my list if I need any future roofing work. Reasonable prices, friendly employees, and excellent communication are hallmarks of this company and this one deserves your business.

C Plus is a smaller, family run business. Jacky the owner is the one who bids your job and comes to your house when the job is being done. he's super honest and very reasonably priced.

I have used him for my house re-roofing and he's done a few jobs for my friends. one of my friends was told by one roofer to spend $6,000 to get a new roof and Jacky went up on her roof and told her to spend $500 and get it patched and that it had at least 5 more years of use. It's hard for the home owner to know what to think when the roof leaks but it's comforting to know that there's someone trustworthy to call when the drips start happening...
