Easy Electric Inc.

I paid $100 for the electrician to show up (NOT to be applied to any work done) and another $175 (for "investigation" - again not as part of the work). Then got a quote that was ridiculously high - initially almost $1000 for total costs and later lowered but still too high. The existing outlet is on a dedicated breaker (clearly labeled on the electrical panel) and the path through floor is unobstructed (no duct work, wide open channel through floor accessible through light fixture in room below. I feel I didn't get straight answers to any of my questions and decided not to agree to any work. So, basically I paid $317 (including some addition fee and taxes) for no work done. I later found an enlarged hole around the light fixture where the drywall had been damaged enough though the electrician said he would not cut any drywall without asking me first.

Service of Easy Electric is very quick and efficient. The electrician from this company had troubleshooted my basement bedroom circuit. Also he installed new line for the Sum pump, executed new line for water heater installed GFCI outlet outside of my home for lawn use and reconnected the ground wire.
Great service. I recommend it to every one.

I paid $112. for a "quote and for the service dispatch fee to have the guy come to my house". I asked the electrician to install one GFI outlet in an existing spot on the deck - the wiring was already in place. I did not sign the work order. The cost they were charging for parts (box, cover and outlet $350 plus labour on top) was unbelievably inflated.Way above the cost of the parts at a retail outlet. I told him to leave because of the crazy high pricing - he then said he'd meet me somewhere in the middle. I just asked him to leave and would not recommend this company because of their exorbitantly high pricing.

I had power flickering in my home and I called Easy electric Inc. Professional electrician recommend me to replace the old main service and fuse panel and I decided to replace main panel and service. I am glad I made a good decision to follow the recommendation and to hire Easy electric Inc. Electrician also installed surge protection system with main panel and GFCI outlets in some part of my house. Now my electric appliances and home is safer.

They did some fairly major work, they put in some lights that we didn’t have before, rewired some things and installed more outlets. I called them because we needed some older areas of the house updated. They were polite and prompt, easy to work with. They were always upfront about the prices, they showed me what had to be done and what it would cost before they took on a project. Very personable, professional, and had up to date ideas.

I found Easy Electric from the yellow pages in the phone book. They had a good add with lots of experience. They ended up coming over 2 times, to do some fundamental and replacement work, nothing complicated, in the garage, basement, and upstairs. They did a capable job, based on what I know, everything worked satisfactory after they were finished. They were prompt, polite, and efficient. They seemed to know what they were doing and I appreciated that they told me in advance of the work, there were several parts, what equipment it would require and gave a good estimate of the costs. In the end the total cost was more than I expected, but the work involved more than I originally thought. They justified all of the work and costs that they did. They did a very satisfactory job, I have recommended the company a couple times and I would hire them again.

They work has been excellent, always prompt, and easy to get a hold of. They solved all our problems, and found problems that we didn’t know we had, one in particular that may have saved our home from burning down. We think they may be a bit pricey, although we only have had one person to compare them to. We had them in when we first moved here had them in 3 times for some major rewiring projects. We then called them back for a small job some time after since we enjoyed working with them and found they did quality work.

They are great! We were involved with an electrical storm a while ago and I looked through the paper and saw their advertisement. They arrived at my home an hour after I called which was impressive. When they arrived I couldn’t believe it was an electrician because they were too neat and clean. They worked with me for several weeks as the damage was rather extensive. I found they did fine work and we were very pleased with their demeanor. I had a number of challenges facing me in regards to Etobicoke hydro and they were very resourceful and helped me with all my claims. They also provided me with a certificate for the work, incase I need it for any real estate deal in the future. Overall I was very pleased with the work that was done and believe at the time it was a competitive price.

I have an older kitchen and I called Easy Electric to update the fixtures in the kitchen. I chose to work with them because they made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing and that it would be done correctly and to code. They supplied all the light fixtures, some of which were difficult to find. I’m unsure if they cost was fair but they were upfront with the price and charged one price for the whole job from the begning of the work and stuck to it. They didn’t rush the work, were very clean and respectful and I enjoyed working with them. They came back a few times and ended up taking care of a few other tasks around the house.

Easy Electric came to hook-up my water heater. I found them in the phone book and was satisfied with the work they did. They were easy to work with, came on time, and didn’t leave any more of a mess.
