Rick Appliance Repair

My fridge/freezer was not able to keep anything frozen/cold. I sent out 5 requests on HomeStars with details of the problem as well as make and model info. Rick from AC Appliance Repair responded within 10 minutes, and ended up being the only one who did respond. Based on the info I provided he gave me 2 quotes over the phone which he explained would be dependant on root cause. He arrived on time and after a quick inspection advised me that the heater was broken which luckily for me meant the cheaper of the 2 quotes. Rick was very professional, quick and efficient and just before leaving he noticed dust on the compressor unit and offered to vacuum the area, this to further ensure longevity of our fridge.
