Due to the good reviews here on HomeStars, we called Ian to come and quote us on the installation of some under-cabinet task lighting in the kitchen, and moving an electrical outlet. He returned our call promptly, and came out to provide a quote the very next day. When he came around, he was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. We booked him to come and do the job, and he was great about making himself available around our kitchen renovation schedule. When it came to doing the work for us, he showed up bright and early, did a fabulous job, and even took a while extra to look at another issue we wanted some advice/direction on. Ian is definitely a pleasure to do business with; he takes the time to explain things in easy terms, and seems to genuinely care about keeping things affordable for your budget. Customer service is obviously something he places high value on, and we very much appreciated everything! ...
