Woke up to a warm fridge, Called 24/7 and Ben arrived in less time than what he predicted. In ten minutes he had determined that the problem was a defective relay. He had the part with him in his inventory, replaced it, and explained what could happen afterwards - the compressor was likely to go sometime given the fridge was 15 years old. Very satisfied. .

24/7 Appliance Service saved the day when we discovered that our fridge was not working early this morning. I called at 10 am and spoke with Ben who promised to arrive by 1 pm. He arrived a little after noon, diagnosed the problem and got the fridge working by 6 pm, even though a vital working part was not available. Ben was most personable and completed his work quickly and efficiently while assuring me that all would be working before the end of the day. It was. I highly recommend Ben and his company.

My 1.5 year old Kenmore front loader dryer stopped heating. I first called Sears only to find out that warranty had expired & it would be 2 weeks for a someone to come look at it. Based on other reviews, I called 24/7 just before 9am. They came within the hour and my dryer was fixed by noon! Very impressed and recommend!

The were able to accomodate my work schedule and come in the evening.
Quick problem solving and were able to fix both appliances pronto! Was happy to fill my dishwasher and do a load of laundry right away.

Our GE Profile fridge stopped keeping food cold in the fridge area - The freezer, was cold but not keeping food frozen.
Ben came very quickly (less than an hour) and was able to determine the cause and repair within 45 minutes. He was very personable and I would highly recommend him for appliance repairs!

I would like to comment on the owner of the company, Ben. Ben has been professional and polite all along. He arrived on time and then fixed up the dishwasher completely even though there has been more than one problem with it. I already lost hope for it to be fixed! The price for the amount of work has also been reasonable. I enjoyed Ben's service and would use this company again.

Dryer was not drying clothes. They came out on a Sunday within 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem professionally and quickly by cleaning out the vent and installing a new hose which was blocked. The price was reasonable. They were very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.
DO NOT USE company called Service4Appliances in Concord, ON. They had already charged me $300 to service the dryer and it was very clear they didn't do anything as I wasn't there to see what they were doing.

Great Service. I called 24/7 at 2:10 on a Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a message. Ben arrived here a little before 3 pm and had the dishwasher up and running by 3:40 pm. Definitely exceeded expectations

Dryer wasn't heating up. Called in morning, repair was done twenty minutes after arrival. Also, dryer duct was cleaned and a part on the fridge fixed at no extra charge. Great service.

We had 3 washing machines down in our facility. I called 24/7 at 8:30 am, and all the repairs were completed by 2:45 am

We had purchased our washer at Sears and have waited months for them to respond to these issues.

The repairs that were carried out were: washer hose repair,unclogged pump drain, and install door gasket.
