...'24/7'...called before arrival..humble-professional-attitude...concerned 'honest' evaluation...'niko' was straight-up with his estimate...a bit higher than i thought, but with the age of the machine and his explanation i understood the situation... he called in assistance...they took the machine apart, did not rush...fixed the problem...after 4-loads the machine is a.o.k... i hope to get a few more years of washing from this machine...it's nice to wear clean clothes again...thanx-guys...r.

Found 24/7 on Homestars and was very pleased with the service. Ben was able to do the repair (burned relay replacement) the same day I called for the service. Ben explained what may or may not be the problem and it turned out to be the "lesser of the two" which was quickly fixed.

I was so happy with the prompt and professional visit I received to fix my dishwasher (on a holiday!!). The price was extremely reasonable and both servicemen were neat and conscientious. (They also were very friendly to my dogs!!!) I really appreciate the great job.

I got home late, it was 7:30pm and i discovered my fridge wasn't working. It was important to get it repaired as we were just about to leave for holidays. I called Ben who said that they could fix it that night. (I was thrilled!)

Ben's serviceman Yair was just finishing up in the west end and headed over right away to our midtown home. He had a 30 minute drive and called on his way to let me know his progress. I described the fridge problem on the phone-GE Profile not cooling. Right away he knew the what the issue was, said he had the part and there was not a problem with anything. We had a previous repair from another company which was 'jerry-rigged'. Yair investigated to ensure his suspicion was correct, had the part, provided a less than market price for it and within 30 minutes, it was done. He was friendly, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, confident and a really nice young man. He even swept behind the fridge. This is the company you need to call for any repair and be sure to ask for Yair!

It is unbelievable to me that I can call a company with an appliance problem at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night and by 9:00 it's fixed! No waiting and problem fixed on the spot without delay or a second trip for parts. So impressed.

My first call was to another company on this website that came up first. Left a message with them but my fridge was fixed and that is long before I'm likely to get a call back from the other guy.

This is the second time I have used 24/7 appliance service and I have been very satisfied on both occasions. The technicians were knowledgeable, prompt and respectful. Most importantly they fixed the problems I was having with my appliances and saved me money in the long run.

Last week I had a pleasure to receive a service from Mike via the company 24/7 appliances service, he came to repair my washer, first of all he came with a big smile on his face which already made the service very pleasant, he checked the washer, explained the problem and provided explanation of each step of the repair in an professional way, he changed the water pump and the heat element and I paid only 140$ (I was surprised because I was sure I am going to pay much more), my washer is now working like a brand new. Mike was very kind and extremely professional, I was very pleased with the service I received, I highly recommend on him and I would certainly take his services again going forward..

Mike arrived early and phoned to let me know he was on his way.
He found the problem and had my dishwasher working again in no time. He was very friendly and efficient.
