Steve was enormously helpful in working to identify potential water ingress coming through our windows. He recommeded starting with a conservative approach and made a few subsequent suggestions for escalation if first attempt was unsuccessful. Steve was able to do the work on the spot. I'm hopeful the quick fix will solve our problem, if not, will immediately reach back out for his help on next steps. Absolute pleasure to work with this group :)
