10 New Windows, 2 New Exterior Doors
We chose Fortress out of four separate window supplier and/or installer quotes in part because of the amazing support, honesty, integrity, and authenticity of our sales contact Richard.
All 10 windows and 2 exterior doors of our old fixer upper needed to be replaced, and as first-time homeowners we had no idea where to start. From the moment we first met Richard he was more than happy to explain every step and every feasible option for us with patience and a smile on his face. After we decided on what would work best for us (full brick-to-brick/stud-to-stud replacement, Richard kept up updated on the supply process *AND* was extremely understanding while we had our own delays wrestling with the federal renovation grant/loan process.
Come installation day, Amnon and his team of installers were astoundingly efficient and polite. Despite completely cutting out 12 large openings in an older house they left the worksite tidy and with 10 gorgeous new (operational! clean! energy-efficient!) windows and 2 stunning exterior doors in place. Much easier said than done.
Both as the work was being completed and after the installers had long-since left, Richard followed up to see if we had questions and to help is review the work done to ensure we were satisfied.
We had a fantastic experience with Fortress Windows & Doors--particularly with Richard, Amnon, and Amnon's installation team--and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get work done.
