It has truly been an exceptional experience working with Richard. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and authentic. He explained every step of the process, advised of potential delays due to supply chain constraints, and provided realistic timelines. Richard also went out of his way to address my many questions which made me feel like a valued customer.
Installation day was seamless. Alex and Edward were fantastic. They were punctual, efficient and cleaned up before leaving. I now have the privacy I wanted with ample natural lighting. The colour is perfect. The multi lock system is great. I am an extremely happy lady.
