Fix lock on sliding patio door

Had a problem with the lock engaging on a patio door. Steve had been the installer years ago when he was working for another company. Got in touch with Steve and even though it was not a Fortress door, it was fixed fast with a level of courtesy and professionalism that is too rare these days.
Would definitely recommend them. Outstanding service.
