With wasps in the soffit above my front porch I was lucky to have called Westside Pest Control first.
From my first contact with the telephone staff ,to the first visit from Jim and the follow up visit with Jason my expectations of service quality were exceeded at every point .

Both the dispatch person and the technician (Justin) were kind, helpful and informative of the process. They offered almost the same day service. They explained the process patiently and Justin was quick to finish the job! Great company!

We had wasps buzzing around near our back stairs, coming in and out of the nest they had built. They were starting to be aggressive so we called Westside Pest Control. They had come before to deal with ants in our house and had done a good job. The woman I had on the phone was very pleasant and was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days. Justin came and took care of the wasps quickly. He was friendly and very professional. It's been a week now, and the wasps are gone. We are very happy with the work and will use these guys again!

Our construction company recently hired Westside to remove a number of wasps nests from a residential porch. Aoife arranged the visit at very short notice and Justin dealt with the problem that same afternoon. Both were really friendly, professional and efficient. I'd recommend them and we will certainly use their services again.

Called Westside to have a detailed inspection done around/inside the house and garage to determine possible pest entry points. It was very pleasant to talk to the administrative staff (Amanda Wallace) to set up the appointment and to get appointment reminder (twice).

Justin Roberts showed up on the day of right on time. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. I showed him around the area and he explained in great details about what can be done to prevent pest problems. He climbed up and down, inside and out to check out areas I wanted to. He was excellent to work with and he just went beyond the call of duty.

I would definitely recommend Westside if anyone needs fast and courteous professional service.

Have used Westside for several years. Started out with Mike the owner for ant control and rodent removal. Total success and Mike was so helpful and friendly. Now that he has been on TV his business is even more popular so I don't mind that he sends his staff. Just had Jim out and he was exactly what I have come to expect from Westside, on time, friendly and knowledgable. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend them for sure and will use them for all my pest control.

Positive experience, beginning to end .. beginning with a very patient, lovely woman who took my initial call, and ending with .. well, The End of the Yellow Jacket populace that had taken over our mode of entry/exit (back porch). Jim simply did everything right: punctual, polite, patient, and effective. Really nice individual. Our dog loved him, and no more ambushes trying to get out the door; what more could one ask for?

Jagger Boyes was on time, friendly and informative . he gave me advice on how to prevent future wasps nest . Jagger was fast and professional amazing work !! .

This is the second year we have used Westside Pest Control. We called this year because we had an ant problem. Jagger came out and sprayed the pertinent areas outside our home. The work was guaranteed, but we didn't need to call again as we didn't have any further problems with ants. This year, we called and James came to our home. James was professional, respectful and willingly took the time to listen and let us show him the affected areas. While we aren't pleased about the policy change on guaranteeing the work this year, we really appreciate the professionalism and competency of the staff (James) who did the work.

This is the second time in 3 years we have called West Side Pest control for moisture ants. The staff is friendly and approachable. their work is great. I have absolute confidence in their work. I will continue to call them for any sort of pest control in the future. Thank you for your help !!
