Watch out for the changing minimum charges. It kept changing back up to 4 hrs + 1 for travel even after 3 + 1 confirmed in writing. My move only took 2.5 hrs.
Surcharge +3% for credit card payment was not mentioned, but is in the small print contract and quote. I should have read the contract more carefully. According to the http://www.fcac-acfc.gc.ca/eng/resources/faq/qaview-eng.asp?id=347 this is not allowed.
