RJ Aluminum Railings

This review is well over a year overdue, and has become even more glaringly relevant as we have encountered horrible, dismissive service from another contractor currently working on our home - that's another story for another time ...

Our experience with RJ Aluminum Railings was a dream - we had replaced old porch railings without any issue or surprises. Joe worked the install schedule to coincide with the new porch build, and was always professional and accurate with expectations and cost - he did not go over the projected time or budget. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality railing work.

Joe is the contractor every consumer dreams of when they are looking to have this type of work done. I had him replace the posts (ground level and 2nd floor balcony) and railings. Because of the shoddy house construction it took him an entire day just to remove the 2nd story posts. The entire job normally takes just one day. The length of facia that covers the base of the bottom railing was too short and worn out after the posts were removed. In addition, the facia (which also needed to be bent to custom fit) was difficult to find and bend accordingly. In spite of this he pushed on and was able to secure the facia and have someone with a bending machine bend it correctly. Joe came to the house 4 times before the job was completed. It looks great! Joe is friendly and has a high standard of workmanship. Thanks Joe for the great work. I urge anyone with a need for railings, posts, etc., to contact him,; you won't be disappointed.

We were very pleased with Joe's work. We had an extremely unique place to put a gate and Joe's dedication and creativity made it happen. My experience with RJ Aluminum Ralings really present. At the beginning, I asked for steel railing. After they explained to me the pros and cons of steel vs Aluminum, I decided to go for a more economic aluminum solution. It turns out even better than I had imagined. RJ Aluminium Railings rocks!

Contacted Joe at RJ aluminum and he come out the next day to give me an estimate. He promised me to have the railing installed in 10 days. I wasn't home when he wanted to install the product so he notified me that he would pick up the balance the next day. Product and installation was superb and it looks great. Thanks Joe!
