Our concrete tile roof began leaking in January this year. With a few questions about our roof, Greg practically trouble shot the problem over the phone. He was over to the house within a few days (I has assured him we did not have a deluge), identified the probable leak location, directed me to helpful educational information on his blog site describing the nature of the problem he suspected we had, and promptly provided a reasonable quote to do the work. Greg was over within a few days, photographed the job, found evidence of the active leak (which he suspected but of which I was uncertain because of its location quite lateral to the ingress into the kitchen) and effected repair. The next downfall came and went and we're bone dry. In sum, Greg was prompt, professional, helpful and, to my mind, reasonable in his pricing. He did exactly the repair that was needed and no more than that, demonstrating to me that he is an honourable man. He did not seek to use my ignorance about construction matters to fan anxiety in order to "oversell" the extent of work required. Thanks Greg!
