DDK Roofing & Renovations, what a great team. We just had our roof re-shingled, old one was in worse shape than we thought and only 15 years old. First, shout out to Andre the salesperson of the team. He was so professional and experienced in this field. He was the first up on the ladder and climbed on the roof to give a close-up and thorough inspection. Although we were hoping that we could just have some areas repaired, it was in worse off than we thought, and a full roof shingle job was required. He provided pictures to show how bad the roof really was and pointed out areas that were not properly done on the original installation. Next step was Dean owner of DDK Roofing, he himself and his team showed up to put on the new roof. The entire crew was extremely polite, informative and hard working. There was never any talk of shingling over the existing roof, everything was removed, and all new shingles installed. No short cuts were taken. We have a bungalow and a huge roof area to complete. This was done in 2 days, thank you Dean and your crew, they did a great job roofing my home. You and your crew were professional, courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the cleanup that was done at the end of each day. It just reinforced the fact that DDK Roofing wanted me to be happy. You can be sure that Jim and I will recommend DDK Roofing to everyone we know.
In our previous home we had to replace the roof and my experience with that job and this one done by Dean and his team was by far a better experience and quality. Dean has been doing this for a long time, and his quality of workmanship shows. Just have to say you get what you pay for, and we couldnt be happier that we chose DDK Roofing & Renovations for this job.
