Michael was friendly, courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable. Michael was able to identify significant concerns on a house we bought conditional on inspection and spotted issues that were not disclosed to us by the sellers.
Due to Michael's diligence, we ended up not purchasing the home due to significant costs we would've incurred had we gone through with the sale. Michael definitely saved us purchasing a home that would've just been a headache in the long run.
Although our house search continues, I am glad we found 4sight Home Inspections and will be using them when we find our next home to purchase for sure!
