I was very pleased with the home inspection Michael gave me. He was very thorough, spending almost 3 hours at a bungalow I was looking to purchase. He gave great advice throughout the inspection and made many recommendations on ways to address the few small issues and a potential major one that he found. The report he created for me following the inspection was excellent as well: there were several pictures of everything he inspected with comments as to whether any work is needed or not for each. In the end I was able to get the seller to knock $6000 of the selling price to help me pay for fixing the major issue Michael found. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality home inspector.
