Michael from 4Sight Home Inspection was excellent. I would highly recommend him. He was thorough, professional, arrived on time and took his time to explain what he was looking for and why. He is extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions clearly and without hesitation both on the phone prior to the booking, as well as during the inspection itself. I received a full written report, with photographs taken during the inspection pointing out potential issues of concern as well as suggestions and how to address them - all within 2 hours of the inspection itself. Completely satisfied!
