Dimitri was prompt, fast and efficient. He arrived as scheduled, he removed my broken deadbolt, fitted the lock with a new one and put the key cylinder back together.
He was able to look at the lock of my daughter's front door 2 doors away. It was also in need of repair and new parts. Worked well and patiently with 3 chihuahuas barking at him, a very good man.
I would recommend him.
