Great workers polite and pontual and perform an excelent work. When we come home after a tiring day is like wow look how clean the house is.

This agency continues to send untrained people to our house to clean. Many have caused damage as they did not know how to clean appliances etc. Two days ago they said we were getting team 3 with Natasha and Michela. Instead yesterday we got Michela (who is not a lead) with two new refugee employees I was told. One of them did not speak any English and neither seemed to know much about cleaning. The cleaning was very fast and not thorough, but ok. They spent 2 hours and it cost over #300.
The stove was cleaned and the whole stainless steel top of the gas stove was covered with new scratches created yesterday. Today I got a call from the owner saying the cleaner took a "before" picture that had the same scratches. This is impossible, but obviously they circle the wagons and do not take responsibility for any damage they cause. Avoid this agency.

My elderly grandmother hired them for a full house clean up as she is physically disabled. They charged a 4 hour job at $55/hour, cleaned less than half of the house in two hours and then left. We are disgusted and appalled you try to support your own people and instead of acting with integrity they act dishonourably. Do not support this location and/or their multiple locations. I wanted to further investigate but my grandmother would not provide more information.

Worst company. Severely damaged wood and sink in brand new home. Refused to take responsibility or repair. Do not hire.

I continue to be satisfied with the service . Today sima and Monique left our home clean and sparkling . They worked efficiently , completing the chores as outlined on the rotation schedule. Thank you Team 1 . Siegrid Engler

I just have to comment, that Team 5 (Carol and Natasha) continue to be amazing with their weekly service in my house!
I literally had a huge reduction in my stress levels as I fully trust them with everything and know that I can count on finding a clean home each time.

I contacted The Cleaning Authority after my cleaning lady retired. Angela and Marianna always call or text to let us know there are on their way. They are very thorough and we are totally satisfied with them, much appreciated

Poorest customer service and the most useless cleaning ever. Used them twice, nothing is ever cleaned in the end and just a frustrating experience and total waste of time and money. Use another company please.

Horrendous service. They started a few months ago coming later and later in the day....we would be starting supper and the cleaners were there....so I tried to change that and was very clear that the cleaners had to be finished at my house before 2pm on cleaning days (non-negotiable). 3 times they came after 2pm. The 3rd time i fired the service. When I called to cancel, not an apology given, not even asked why! Completely inattentive service, it took 3 days to get a call back. (Their process to reach their regional person, is COMPLETELY inefficient. You have to call a general call centre to request the regional person call you back....which takes HOURS, if not days)

Twice they had to re-clean my home. On the third time that I came home to a terrible clean, I fired them. So done with this terrible service. I tried but coming home to an unclean toilet and visible dust and spills, I had had enough. Do not hire this company.
