Our Miele dishwasher was running non- stop and the front panel was recessed into the door which prevented us from pushing the buttons. After turning off the breaker switch to stop the dishwasher I called a few places to find a technician. I found out that the Miele product is different from most appliances and many technicians were not able to repair it. When I called
Pro Line I was answered by the very friendly owner Yair Shmaib who immediately put me at ease that our dishwasher could be fixed and in a timely manner. We arranged for him to come the next morning. He arrived when he said he would and was able to locate the problem and fix it properly. Besides being very knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced, I would also like to comment on what a pleasure it was to deal with someone so courteous and professional. I look forward to recommending Pro Line to all my friends who are looking for repairs to dishwashers, fridges, washers and dryers. A one stop shop!
I'm surprised to read the first review for this company on HomeStars because my experience was completely different. I oversee home repairs for 2 places and stay loyal to those who do a good job. Pro Line will definitely be on my list.
