Woke up this morning to discover our pipes had frozen - d'oh! I guess minus twenty-some odd will do that. Thought I would be missing an entire day's work but no. Khem arrived within 40 minutes. The operation itself took approximately 15 minutes and I was paid up and in the shower getting ready within 20 minutes or so from the moment he arrived.
I realize the price might seem high given the amount of time the job took, but it seems about the going rate - I didn't find it outrageous, at any rate. Regardless, Khem was wonderful, and provided some helpful tips as to how to avoid the problem in the future. Would call again (though hopefully won't have to) and not hesitate to refer other to him. Thanks Khem!
