This is the second furnace maintenance visit by Jesse . This is a new furnace and each time Jesse has been very clear answering our questions and explaining how the system works compared to our old machine.He was efficient and left the area clean and organized. We are pleased to have him return again to look after our needs.

During my yearly furnace maintenance check, it was detected that my furnace was emitting unsafe gases, so I needed to replace it. The next day a Roy Inch sales expert quoted me on a furnace/AC unit replacement, and within a few business days, a new unit was installed in my home.

Hayden, Omar, Duffy, Nate & Matt were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous while inside my home. They quickly removed the old unit, and replaced it on Christmas Eve, so I could have heat in my home for the holiday season.

The sales rep registered my new furnace with the manufacturer, and setup an energy audit in my home, so that I could qualify for some energy rebates with local gas utility provider.

Jesse came out last Friday to perform the annual maintenance check for my furnace. He has a great attitude and was happy to explain what he was doing throughout the checkup, answer all the questions I had about the status of my 13-year-old furnace, provide useful recommendations for me to consider. My furnace stopped and I called Roy Inch under my Platinum service plan. They came within 4 hrs at the time scheduled. The technician Brandon Baldwin was fabulous-respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. We were lucky that an after-hours supplier had the part we needed and Brandon retrieved it promptly and got us back in heat!
