An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Anthony Coelho is a true professional and excellent at what he does. It was a pleasure having him do the home inspection we needed. He is very thorough and detailed with a keen understanding of his profession. Any questions we had were answered accurately with more than adequate suggestions when warranted. He demonstrated and advised on priorities to be looked after, which we found extremely helpful. I would highly recommend his services to anyone including close friends and family.
