After reading reviews of different home inspectors we decided to go with Ancoe Property Inspections. Tony our inspector took me through the home we had just made an offer on. He pointed out all the defects and all the positive things on the home. He was very thorough taking pictures and video's through out our inspection. Thanks to Tony we withdrew our offer. The repairs on the home would have been in excess of $30000 excluding the possible health issues we would have had. The money we spent for this inspection was well worth it. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
