Quality First Roofing came highly recommended when I needed a new roof for both the flat and peaked sections. I wanted a "white" or cool roof, and needed more insulation and a skylight replacement. Michael recommended high quality Malarkey shingles, and Soprema products for the flat section, for a roof that will likely last decades.
The final price may look high, but this takes into account the quality of the materials, the custom skylight replacement, and the extra insulation needed.
The crew showed up early and worked hard until dark every day, until the job was finished, and Michael provided pictures of both the process and "after" shots, showing some problems left from a previous roofing job.
Michael was always available to answer email questions, and when I had a question, I generally found that it had already been anticipated, and would he would check in if something unexpected came up.
The entire job went very smoothly.
The house is already snugger, and I hope the lighter colour will help keep things cooler in the summers to come.
I definitely recommend Quality First Roofing, and will recommend it to anyone I know needing a new roof.
