The assembling and installation work was done years back when I purchase my new home. When I found out there was one small connection piece on the shutter was broken few days ago, I could not believe the Drapery Shop guy still came to my house, took out the shutter and returned it to the manufacture for repairs. Week later, he came back with the shutter fixed and installed for me with NO CHARGE at all.
I couldn't thank them enough for taking care of their customers even after years of the job done.
