Price was right but that's it!

The price was good. That was my only positive thing from Donaldson. Their employees left a mess in my place that took along rine to clean. I had to rent a carpet cleaner just to get the dirt out!!! The salesman popped in during installation and promised a certificate for a maid service to clean it up but that certificate never showed up. It has been almost a year since the incident and Donaldson hasn't reached out to make it right , not once. Dont be fooled!
