I really liked the look of the D.O.T. parasols last year, but they were pricey, so didn't purchase one. But this spring, they went on sale so I happily purchased on and paid for delivery. As I began unwrapping, I noticed the wrong umbrella was delivered (wrong, instead of square). They rectified by delivering another, however....they delivered a round one again. Then the driver became quite rude, and insisted I either keep the round one, or he'll take them both away and I get a refund. There was a song and dance while he was on the phone with their back office. It seems other colours were available, but he flat out refused to drive out to my place again, "We're busy, lady". What should have happened: they should have put aside the correct umbrella when they learned of their mistake. They should have noticed they had no more in stock when they delivered it. Very unsatisfied, very rude. Be wary - if something goes wrong, customer service is clearly not important to them.
