Although the cleaning was okay, the customer service was not
Would not recommend. Ordered a weekly cleaning service for my condo. The actual cleaning was satisfactory -- the customer service, not so much.
I had previously ordered an extra service, but cancelled it and expected a refund. Since it was a one time cleaning, I agreed to pay extra, however this was not more than the extra option fee which I was yet to be paid. Maid4Condos, however, calculated it differently than their onsite calculator, and said that I owed them money, which they then, to their credit "comped".
