Worst service I have ever received. Heather started the design process, she did not return calls or emails it was a constant battle to get in touch and she was also late to appointments. When we submitted our plans to the city for a permit we were informed by the city that she is not qualified to design a building of more than 2 units which delayed our projected even further as we had to have a "qualified" architect review and fix her plans. It was a disaster and I would strongly advise to go elsewhere when looking for an architect/designer for your project as this company is far from professional.
