An absolute pleasure to work with. Jamie and Dion , most professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending Rock Bottom Underpinning to anyone. In effect they have doubled our living space in our Lakeshore New Toronto home. The process was straight forward with Rockbottom's people working up our design options and obtaining city permits. Then the hard work starts with the dig and Jamie and Dions team got into it, a dedicated crew. I remember at a point in time thinking this is a lot bigger job than I realized, and relieved we got the right team on it. These guys eat, breath and sleep underpinning.
Jamie and Owner of Rockbottom Dion were always available and had a fantastic crew.
Early in the conversations we were offered the options of an additional walkout entrance at back of house as well as an in floor heating option. I would highly recommend others go this option.
They went well beyond the original brief and organized the removal and replacement of the heating and Knob and Tube wiring for the rest of the house with a team of vetted contractors they use.
With the Basement shell complete we have gone with their Rockbottom Renos division for the completion of our basement apartment.
