Yes, here at RockBottom Underpinning we always try to find the most efficient and cost effective solution when issues come up- we don't work any other way. We were originally planning to underpin the neighbors garage in order to complete the excavation- but due to some circumstances that came up we found a more efficient alternative (Helical Piles). RockBottom Underpinning completed all the excavation, foundation work, and slab for the new garage.
