I called the company two years ago when we needed to replace the broken cable in our garage door. Jason showed up the same day and replaced the cable but he noticed that the spring installed previously by another company was too short and of lower material (made in China). He told us that next time the spring brake he will replace it with the proper one and with a longer material expectancy.
A week ago the spring broke and we decided to give him a call. Our door was 20 years old, made of aluminum, noisy and basically with minimum insulation. After reviewing the cost of the new spring versus our old door we decided it to replace it with a thicker, newer stile, made of steel with real insulation and two springs. Jason is very professional, honest and gives good advise. Highly recommended!!
