The job was pricy but fast and clean as a whistle. They deducted the cost of a box but still brought one anyway, which was a bonus. I was told that one wall would not be removed but it was , I guess because they found mold in the corner, judging from the stain on the studs that were left behind. I was a bit surprised that I was not told during the job that this wall would have to be removed and I found out about it after the job was completed and I was finally able to look inside my cold room. I couldn't go in during the job because the area was completely sealed off. This is a somewhat pricy but excellent (clean and thorough) quality mold removal company. Do not rely on them, however, to diagnose the cause of your water problems as they are not experts in that area. You will need a different type of contractor for that.

Our home is 88 years old with mould growing in the basement. They came all the way from Toronto to St. Catharines and did a free estimate for us, and did a great job removing all the shelves and carpets, and killed all the moulds. There was some confusion about the wording in the contract, so we were worried at the beginning. But after they finished the job we know they put in a lot of hard work taking out all the junk in the basement so the result cleared the confusion. Peter was a very friendly and fun guy to work with too. Now we don't need to sniff in the moulds anymore, thanks guys!

Our neighbour recommended Relative Environmental and we noticed another neighbour across the street used them for a waterproofing job. Both were satisfied with their work.

Relative Environmental finished a waterproofing job on our house back in May. They did an excellent job in a very difficult location. Despite the limited accessibility and extensive repairs required for the foundation walls, Relative Environmental finished the job in a week.

We were very happy with the workmanship and the care given to our property. While the work was in progress, the communication with Peter and David answered all our questions. It has been a couple of months since the completion of the job and we have not experienced any problems. Relative Environmental exceeded our expectations.

Peter, along with the waterproofing team led by David did a great job for us for two reasons. First, their customer service was top notch: they communicated well with us and gave us updates and involved us at the right times, and were prompt to fix things even after the job was done. Second, their work was good quality: they went under our deck without disturbing it, they moved and replanted a yew hedge, they fixed some concrete where needed, and the job was done on a house with 2 basement levels -- the original basement being about a century old attached to a deeper new addition.

Peter and Ryan were very professional. They came to my house on a weekend to investigate and started job first thing on Monday. They kept me posted and answered all my questions. The also came back after the job when i needed something else looked at. No problem using them again.

We had mold in the basement from the heavy rain in June. We called Peter from Relative Environmental Services. He came to our house and showed us where the mold was and explained how he would remove it. He was very professional. Peter and his team sealed the entire area and kept the entire work site spotless. Peter was always available to answer my questions and came out several times to the site to walk me through all of the work. Peter and his team were great. I would use them again without hesitation.

The communication was very good and the work was done very professionally with thorough clean up. All the workers were very respectful of our property and our neighbour's. The work was done on time and moved along quickly, delayed only by uncontrollable weather. I would highly recommend this company.
