What struck me most about Rob from Freeflo was his "can do" attitude, both over the phone and in person. I made it very clear that although we just needed a basic dryer vent cleaning, our job would be tricky, with the dryer installed in a very small cupboard, and venting somewhere unknown on tall, 3 storey duplex's pitched roof. He assured me that was no problem on the phone, and offered a very reasonable quote ($110).

He arrived on time, and immediately set to work figuring out how to solve the problems. He managed to get the job done, safely and effectively, in a very short time. His charge was as quoted and our house and yard was left as clean as before he arrived.

As a side note, our next door neighbours recently used a competitor who charged $140 for a similar job, and the contractor left a mess of dryer lint in our yard. Freeflo were clearly superior.
