I highly recommend Peter Yee and his company. He is very personable, professional, patient and delivers on all his promises. I have had our share of bad contractors and so my guard is always up, however as I told Peter, anyone that can handle my demands passes the test with me. I had so many questions and concerns and he answered or addressed all of them so patiently with me. I must have text him a dozen times. He even went over and above and built me a shelf in my garage for me to keep the extra shingles . I had many quotes, but I knew he was the right one when he provided me a quote with everything outlined so there would be no confusion; provided his insurance and WSIB confirmation and warranty info without asking. He also gave me several houses in the area to view his work. He was upfront and transparent and his price was more than fair. His crew was respectful and went beyond their job in cleaning up and put everything back for me. Peter came by to inspect personally. Thanks Peter for providing a personal touch with the customers and as he said, doing it right the first time!

Peter is a good guy who cares about his customers and makes sure that the job is done right. He was very patient in addressing my concerns regarding soffits and was also good about coming back to check on the roof when I had a concern after the job was complete. The only minor complaint I had was that his workers left the grounds slightly messy afterwards but when I mentioned it to Peter he was good about coming by to clean it up himself. His pricing is very reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

We were so impressed with his work that we called him again this summer to replace our roof. Peter's price quotation was very reasonable. He was easy to contact through phone and email, and his team arrived at the agreed upon time. As work was ongoing, Peter helped us up onto the roof at different times, and showed us the progress being made. Peter and his team were very professional, quick and efficient in their work. They also removed and re-installed multiple skylights to ensure a watertight seal. When the work was completed, they cleaned up our entire lot. I have quoted many contractors prior to contact Peter for the roofing project. All I can say here is Peter and his team have done a remarkable good job on my roof. The price I paid for the project is really competitive in the marketplace. The ground and the surrounding area were completely cleaned up and there are NOT a single damage to my property. Warranty and pictures are provided (online) right after next day after project completed. Peter and his team are highly professionals and I would recommend them to all my relatives/friends for their roofing projects.
