I have known Peter for many years when he replaced my roof and I continue to recommend and refer him to everyone. His crew are excellent. Peter is both professional and diligent and his prices are so reasonable. The quality of his work and the materials he uses are the best. He puts 100% in all he does. I had a small project that I couldn’t get anyone to respond to. I asked Peter and he didn’t hesitate to help. He came out on a holiday to fix for me despite it being a small job. That is because once you are a customer he takes care of you.

Imran was absolutely wonderful. I recommended him to a girlfriend who had constant issues with her fireplace and paid for service each time which I felt was a red flag. Imran came in and found the issue, was patient and thorough in his diagnosis and explanation and fixed the issue and guarantees his work. She called me and thanked me for recommending him to her and asked me to post a review as he is deserving of the accolades. Update: 3 weeks later, Imran came back free of charge from the other side of the city at night to look at an issue that was still persisting fixed it and followed up by calling my girlfriend the next day to make sure everything was working. He is an amazing man!!

I am usually hesitant to purchase big ticket items online but as there is no in store purchased allowed, I must say I was quite surprised how fast and easy it was. I received my order in 3 days. Used it the same day. They had the best price and free delivery. I will definitely use them again for future pool needs.

I contacted Yobert for a small issue with a few kitchen plugs. He replied back indicating that he didn’t service my area, but tried to help me fix the issue over the phone and save the need for calling an electrician. I am very appreciative of his kindness in doing that and although it didn’t fix all the outlets, it fixed one. That is going above and beyond and I truly appreciated his honesty! Thank you Yobert!!!

As indicated in my review last year, I had Art back this year to seal the backyard as well as re-level some stones. We have a pool in the back and so the space was large. As expected, Art and his team did a great job, and it’s the little extras that he does for customers above and beyond that I really appreciate and made me a repeat customer. I have used many other companies in the past, but I value trust and honesty and Art is both of that. He is also professional and always returns your calls and answers all your questions which is rare these days with many trades.

Excellent Service by Khayyam. I was contacted prior of his arrival time. Our situation was very early with seeing only 1-2 carpenters ants every few days but Khayyam recommended to tackle it early, as it takes a few weeks to eliminate. He sprayed inside and outside and will come back for 2nd exterior application if needed. I will monitor and update success. They provide 6mth warranty so I feel better. I am pleased with the service.

I researched and asked for quotes with 4 other companies, and found Art to be the most professional, truthful and honest of all I interacted with and it is rare to find guys like him. He took the time to explain and provide honest advice and options. They took their time and did an excellent job On my triple garage including some minor releveling. I Will have them return next spring for our back yard which is all man made stone.

Sarah, the owner was so easy to deal with. From the time I contacted her, she was able to schedule me in a day. Two very polite, professional young men came do the repairs on time. They were very thorough and replaced a hinge and crank on two of my windows and gave me quotes on other possible changes later on. Provided me with a quote via email on the spot as well as an electronic receipt. It was nice to see young tradesman who take pride in their work. Thank you to Mansel and Mathew!

We found and purchased a new furnace from Boris through the great reviews on Homestars and we are happy we did. They are professional and knowledgable and handle everything for you including paperwork for the rebate. They also follow up after installation to ensure everything is working fine. I am very pleased with their work and will be having them back in the spring to install a new A/C. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent Installation and a Great Crew. Moe was prompt in returning my calls and we set a date. They came in, knew what to do and went straight to it. I truly enjoyed their energy. They were knowledgable, professional and efficient. Thanks Mike & Moe who were on time and was in and out within 1.5hrs. A special shout out to Nima who was so helpful and accomodating. I will surely have them back in the spring/summer for more work and will highly recommend them.

Andrew was prompt, did a fabulous job, cleaned up well and also treated some of my weeds for me. Job was done to satisfaction and another happy and future returning customer. If all my dealings was as easy as this. He even shook my hand afterward. How rare is that these days. Thanks Andrew!

As per the excellent reviews Markham Garage Doors delivered on the quality and service on the installation of our doors. The skill of the technician who installed the door and the capping was superb. Their prices were very competitive.

Another great job!!! I chose Gold Seal after reading all the wonderful reviews and they do live up to their reputation. Quote was thorough. Job was professional and of excellent quality which I expected and Michael was easily reached with any questions. Excellent price and service. I will be using them again in the summer to re-caulk pool coping.

I had the same issue. Used them last year and was great so thought to use them again but their service level is not the same.They tricked me saying the city would take it away the soil they left as yard waste and not to worry if they don't they will come back and take it. The city nor recycling centres take soil. They gave promise that they would come to pick it up but never showed up now they are not returning my calls,text or emails. I I am really disappointed at the change in service from last year and lack of respect and integrity. The issue is that the crews change every year. The guy who aerated our lawn also forgot one side and he also didn't know how to re-edge and had to get another colleague to fix it when I refuse to pay. When I spoke to the owner told me nothing he can do as they are independent contractors. I told him I called Five Stars the company. Basically they are not all experienced so luck of the draw. I hired Gary through this site as he was the only one who got back to me promptly. Professional in his quote and his quality of work. I just told him what I needed done and he understood and got right to it. He cleaned up and even vacuumed. Now I am trying to think of other things he can do since I trust his work and his integrity. I will definitely be using him in the future for sure.

I highly recommend Peter Yee and his company. He is very personable, professional, patient and delivers on all his promises. I have had our share of bad contractors and so my guard is always up, however as I told Peter, anyone that can handle my demands passes the test with me. I had so many questions and concerns and he answered or addressed all of them so patiently with me. I must have text him a dozen times. He even went over and above and built me a shelf in my garage for me to keep the extra shingles . I had many quotes, but I knew he was the right one when he provided me a quote with everything outlined so there would be no confusion; provided his insurance and WSIB confirmation and warranty info without asking. He also gave me several houses in the area to view his work. He was upfront and transparent and his price was more than fair. His crew was respectful and went beyond their job in cleaning up and put everything back for me. Peter came by to inspect personally. Thanks Peter for providing a personal touch with the customers and as he said, doing it right the first time!

Very professional and courteous staff. Dealt with both Chris and Ryan. Chris returned my email quickly with an honest quote and service was scheduled quickly. Ryan showed up on time with a smile.. I truly wish all my trade experiences were as professional and pleasant as this. I will definitely use them next year when we replace our garage doors in its entirety. Thanks!
