Peter was recommended by my colleague who had their roof also replaced by City Roofing years ago. I chosen Peter because he responded to my call on the same day and came to give us quote with detailed explanation on how the job to be done. He did a very nice job from the protection of your property during the job and thorough clean up after the job was completed. He is very professional and he cares about his clients' satisfaction. He also helped to clean up our eavestroughs and fixed the downspouts. I will have no doubt recommending Peter's team to my friends. Good job Peter!

This is my second time to have my roof work from City Roofing (Peter’s team). I am very pleased with Peter’s professional advices and the work of his team. Aside from their fabulous roofing work, I am also impressed with their preparation and the subsequent clean-up. It had reduced the chance of causing any damage to your windows, and you don’t have to worry about any nails and debris left over in your driveway and backyard.

Peter was referred to us by our friend. He came by and listened to our needs, and patiently answered any questions we had and provided us with his advices. The new roof and the eavestrough along with the downpipe were completed in one day by him and his crew and they did a great job. In addition, one of the plywood was rotten and Peter replaced it with no extra cost. He also made sure all garbage and nails were cleaned up and removed from our property after all work is completed. 6 years ago Peter replaced a section of my roof which was poorly installed by another contractor. I recently called Peter about a possible leakage elsewhere. He responded right away to take a look. Peter was very honest and said there was no leakage from the roof and I could wait a few years. He gave me recommendations to fix the moisture problems I was having in the bathroom below. I would not hesitate to call Peter when it comes time again for roof replacement. Once you are a customer Peter takes care of you.

This is the first time I have ever written a review, but Peter's professionalism and workmanship deserve my written recognition.

First, Peter provides excellent customer service and he patiently helped me to find the right shingle color to best complement my house color.

On the day of installation, his team would first protect my glass windows, door, garden, a/c, etc with polytarps or plywoods.

The whole team under Peter's leadership is highly professional. My roof was efficiently replaced. The workmanship is excellent.

When the job was completed, the team thoroughly cleaned up and removed all debris and garbage. Then Peter would accompany me to walk around the house for me to inspect the installation.

Peter is so courteous that he came back later to re-caulk my leaky rain gutter at no additional charge. He truly treats customers with courtesy and respect.

Peter and his team did a great job on my roof! He inspected the roof for problem areas prior to the installation, taking into consideration my concerns. On the day of the job, They arrived on time, took all necessary precautions to protect my property and that of my neighbours. Clean up was meticulous and thorough. I appreciated the updates provided with pictures throughout the day of the work in progress.

Peter replaced our roof several years ago. I called him to inspect the area near the chimney and the eaves trough as we have animals for several weeks. Peter showed up Sunday afternoon, discovered an opening at the side and sealed it up. Peter doesn’t simply sell you a new roof, he’s your roofer!

Peter replaced my roof about 10 years ago and with no doubt, he did an excellent job. A week ago, I found a broken piece of shingle on the driveway after a windy night, so I called Peter for help. He came that same evening and checked my roof for free. Luckily, my roof is actually still good and the shingle was probably blown here from my neighbors. I am really impressed with his service.

That actually saved me the time of having to shop around when I needed to have my roof replaced (around 2010). Peter was patient in listening to my special needs and preferences and in turn offered the best and feasible suggestions to meet my requirements. Most important of all, the price was right and affordable. He had demonstrated excellent leadership in giving directions to his crew. The roofing job was completed in one day with perfect workmanship. Every small bit of garbage and nails were picked up and removed from my property. I have since referred Peter to members of my family, and countless friends and neighbours. Following a cold and icy winter, I realized my eavestroughs and down pipes were in very bad shape and Peter was the first person that came to my mind. Again, eavestrough replacement was another fine job done with perfection and much satisfaction - completed last Thursday (April 8, 2021). I was very impressed with the bypass down pipes that he installed on the side of my house. He came back two days after just to finish up some minor details that came to my mind at the very last minute. Peter also took time to give me an attic insulation inspection and provided advice on when I would need to have the job done. All in all, Peter is amazing in terms of professionalism and workmanship. My new eavestroughs and down pipes underwent huge challenges as torrential rainfall started the next morning and they proved to be absolutely impeccable. Thank you Peter!

I have known Peter for many years when he replaced my roof and I continue to recommend and refer him to everyone. His crew are excellent. Peter is both professional and diligent and his prices are so reasonable. The quality of his work and the materials he uses are the best. He puts 100% in all he does.
