Fantastic service and installation!! From start to finish I had an excellent experience with Chestnut Flooring. Sherry was an absolute pleasure to deal with!! She is knowledgeable, organized and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the project was handled flawlessly. After purchasing the engineered hardwood, Sherry arranged for accurate measurements to be taken. A gentleman named Johnny not only completed the measurements with precision but also took the time to consider and explain details such as trim and transition pieces. The installation is immaculate and was completed in a day and half. The installers Abdiel and Yizzrel are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and could not have done a better job!! The quality of the hardwood and workmanship is unbeatable!! A big thank you to the entire team at Chestnut Flooring!

I purchased Engineered Hardwood Flooring from Chestnut Flooring. Upon delivery, the boxes were opened to discover that the core of the product below the veneer was completely different and inferior from the sample presented by Sherry from Chestnut Flooring.
The hardwood manufacturer was very responsive, provided a return authorization and offered a refund to Chestnut within 2 days.
Subsequently Nemo, CEO of Chestnut Flooring refused me immediate credit, but sent me an email stating that all Chestnut sales were final and that refund to me would take 4-6 weeks to process. His explanation for holding funds for an extra month - Chestnut policy different than manufacturers.
Recommendation; Do not prepay Chestnut Flooring prior to inspection of flooring delivery.

We had a great experience. Yizrrell and Abdiel were amazing. Very friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. After flooring was laid they removed all the garbage and swept up and left the house clean. If you are planning to have flooring installed, look no further than Chestnut Flooring.

No one wearing masks in the business, not at all safe during the spread of the delta variant. I also had to go into the back and get my own flooring boxes, while an unmasked guy was driving a forklift around the area. The floors themselves are fine. Last summer I bought a whole house of floors from them and it was fine. But right now I just needed to buy another room’s worth and it’s obvious they are not taking public health mandates seriously.

My wife and I removed the old carpet and the under pad. We then fixed any protruding nails and screws and finished the clean-up the day before the installer arrived. The installer "Andy" arrived on-time and quickly surveyed the areas to be covered. In a few minutes he started on some detail levelling of the staircase edging and undercutting the door frames. Andy didn't ask for any help and I could see that he was completely comfortable and efficient in his method of working. The installation was completed in two days including installation of the shoe molding. The end result was beautiful thanks to Andy's attention to detail. Thank you..
