New Front-loading Washer + Dryer, Gas Range, Dishwasher + Fridge.
Although the initial service was good, and salesperson was helpful, once we had paid for the items, that's where the service ended. Received a broken washer, and poorly hooked-up range and it was a nightmare getting it taken care of. First on-site repairman was creepy and insulting. (made suggestive comments to me). Second repairman scratched my brand new hardwood floor when he DRAGGED out my stove. I went 2 weeks with no washer or stove (and I had a brand new baby!) Eventually took the developer of my house fighting with them and threatening them to finally get them to replace the faulty washer and fix the leaky range (gas was not hooked up properly)
Will never buy from Trail again!
