Efficient and Cost Effective Drain Repair
I can't tell you what a relief it was to have Jerry, Sean and crew into our home to fix our drain issue. After a day spent calling larger, well-known, mostly franchised companies who all misdiagnosed the issue and quoted us $$$ to solve it, Jerry came in, found the actual issue, found a far less invasive/expensive solution, and got us back up and running in less than a day. His whole crew were professional, courteous, and I could tell I was speaking with honest people who care about a long-term relationship with customers, and aren't trying to gouge me and move on. Super Rooter is family owned and run, and it really shows. My parents also used Super Rooter under it's previous name in 2015, and have had no issues since, so while it was a total pleasure working with this company, I hope not to have to see them again for some time! But I will never call anyone else. Totally wonderful experience. Thank you so much Super Rooter!!
