Mike and his crew was able to properly identify the root cause of the issue for my cooktop. Previoulsy I had two other crews that came in and simply couldn't figure out the real problem. Mike was very trustworthy, he explained what the issue was, what part had to be replaced, and most important, he tried to keep the cost low. Very pleasant experience, these days you don't bump into people like Mike that often ! Thank you Mike.
