Gta Drain & Plumbing

GTA was engaged by our insurance coordinator to replace a gas hot water heater in the midst of a flood due to the very cold winter we had last year. They are, in fact, not licensed to install gas appliances and have a sub they use. The sub installed a gas water heater which did not comply with code guidelines, and we had to have it replaced.

This whole affair has cost us a lot of money. I do not recommend GTA for any gas related issues.

I called these guys on behalf of my parents and my parents gave them rave reviews. The work was excellent and they showed up on time. We will definitely use them again and refer to our friends without hesitation.

This morning called gta drain and plumbing, told them the situation over the phone. They came to my house fairly quickly and on time. The plumber diagnosed the problem, and it happens to be the connection from the kitchen pipe with the main drain was clogged. It was a tough job, they worked so hard on it, and eventually fixed it with a powerful cleaning machine. Thanks so much gta drain and plumbing for fixing the problem.

My old kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Called Gta drain & plumbing and made an appointment around 10am. They came on time and finished the job in a professional way. Recommended by one of my neighbours, i called Jack from GTA Drain & Plumbing. The toilet in my master bedroom on the second floor has been clogged since this morning, and I tried to unplug it by myself, which has created such a mess and a whole lot of bad smell. Finally I gave up and made the call. Jack IS the person who answered the call, and gave me a quote right away. I agreed to the price, and he came to my house in around 30 minutes. I was quite surprised by the fast response. Jack came in with a professional plumbing tool, and the toilet was unclogged after around half an hour. Jack let me double check the toilet to make sure everything is normal. The whole process was done in a professional way, and Jack is a very friendly guy. I would definitely call him again for any other plumbing needs, and recommend him to others.
