I brought 2 Persian rugs in for cleaning for the first time. Without any inspection or measurement, Joe immediately knew the type of rugs and the material and sizes just from looking at them. I am very impressed with his intimate knowledge in Persian rugs, which to me is very important if you want your expensive rugs cleaned properly.
